For this step of the project I decided to go to the Bloomsburg University Library. I decided to go here because it is resourceful to many of Bloomsburg’s students and faculty. Although it was in the beginning of the semester, I found that there were still a good number of people using this facility. While observing I started to think about the people that were using the library. In this type of environment everyone was quiet or talking very softly, but mainly looking very studious. That got me thinking about how all these people that are all here looking and doing the same thing and acting the same way, were actually extremely different. Outside of a place like this, these once “studious, hardworking” students, were in fact just the opposite. These same people outside of this place were doing everything else possible then what they were doing five minutes ago, in the library. It was almost like when people entered the library they were in a completely different mood, mindset, and all around person then what they were outside.

With these time diaries, I feel like I did not get that much of a different result then the first set that I took. I feel that this happened because I was sampling the same group of people, college students.
